Data and purposes
We process names, email addresses, phone numbers, language, accommodation, dates, preferences and booking details. Participants’ measurements, shoe size, age or category and ability level help us prepare suitable equipment. We retain payment status and references; full card details are entered on the Redsys banking gateway. We also process enquiries and communications needed to assist you.
Legal bases and communications
Enquiries, bookings, delivery, collection, confirmations and necessary reminders are processed to take steps at your request or perform the service. Accounting and legal duties justify the related processing; system security serves our legitimate interests. Promotional communications require a separate, voluntary choice which you can withdraw by contacting us. Rejecting marketing or optional cookies does not prevent booking.
Providers and retention
We use Hostinger for hosting and email, and Redsys and banking institutions for payments. Staff and service providers access only information needed for their roles. We do not sell personal data. Data is retained during the service relationship and then only for applicable legal periods or as needed to address liabilities; promotional data is used until permission is withdrawn. If you accept analytics, Google may process data outside Andorra or the EEA under its applicable terms and transfer mechanisms. Contact us for information about providers and safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, where applicable, at info@aconcaguaskidelivery.com. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. We will request only proportionate information to verify identity. You may complain to the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades: www.apda.ad. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you.
Children and other participants
An adult must manage the booking. If you provide data about other people or children, you must be authorised to do so and share this information with them; we request only what is needed to prepare the service.
