How does ski rental delivery in Andorra work?
You book online, choose a slot and we deliver your gear free to your accommodation the afternoon before your first ski day. On your last day we collect it, so you never need to visit a shop.
Which areas do you deliver to?
All of Andorra: Andorra la Vella, Escaldes-Engordany, Encamp, Canillo, Soldeu, El Tarter, Pas de la Casa, La Massana, Arinsal, Pal and Ordino. We cover Grandvalira, Pal Arinsal and Ordino Arcalís.
What does each pack include?
Skis or a snowboard, boots and poles. Bring your own boots and the price drops. Helmets are optional for adults and included in the Junior range. You can also add an optional guarantee when booking.
Do you have kids’ gear?
Yes. The Junior range is for children aged 4 to 12, with gear matched to their age, height and size, and a helmet included.
How many days can I rent for?
From 1 to 14 days. One-day bookings need at least two people.
How do I pay and use the coupon?
Payment is online and secure with Redsys. You get a confirmation email with your booking PDF. If you have a coupon, such as ACONCAGUA20, enter it in the final cart before paying.
What if the gear doesn’t fit?
Message us on WhatsApp with your booking or email info@aconcaguaskidelivery.com and we’ll arrange a solution with our team.
How do I return the gear if I’m not at my accommodation?
You can leave it in the hotel ski room. If that isn’t available, returns are at Parking Grandvalira El Tarter, from 15:00 to 17:00.
